Hi! Thanks for checking out another favorite finds post! The past couple months have been busy, so I am playing catch up. I went to Lake Almanor, California with my my mom and family friends. It’s a small mountain lake town near my hometown. It was great to work from there and see our friends. Then I spent a week in Las Vegas for work; I am an Event Manager and we had a big conference there. That was fun, exhausting and all the things. Check out my Instagram for my recommendations of where to eat and things to do there. My team also found out our contract would be ending while we were there so I’ve been on a job hunt again. This was a huge and sad surprise. Finally, I spent two weeks in San Luis Obispo, California, where I used to live and went to college. I have friends that let me use their empty beach condo and car for free, so I couldn’t pass it up! All that said, I have been keeping track of my favorites in my notes app knowing I would eventually get back on track. I hope you love these favorite finds!
1. Amazon Blazer –
A classic capsule wardrobe piece for under $50. It comes in a wide variety of colors as well. I’m honestly not a big fan of Amazon clothes, but I am very impressed with this blazer. Shown in a photo at the end. I am wearing a medium, but could easily take a small.
3. Athleta Ribbed Cropped Tank –
This is a comfortable basic. I have it in white and black. You don’t need to wear a bra with it because it is compressive and not see through. I wouldn’t wear it for an intense workout, but at barre or yoga would totally work.
3. NFL Sweatshirt –
These sweatshirts are so soft and come in almost all of the NFL teams. The perfect item for Sundays. Size up for an oversized fit. I think there are mens options too.
4. Travel Makeup Brush Holder –
Another Amazon find that I am loving! Holds my large fluffy brush, plus more. Made of a silicon type material so easy to wash and fit into a bigger makeup bag.
5. Cocktail Dress –
One of my favorite finds for this month. I wore this dress in Vegas and it was perfect! A stretchy, yet flattering material that hugged my curves just right. This website also has a ton of cute dresses so it’s a great place to look for any occasion. Shown in the photos at the end, but comes in black now. Also a similar one here.
6. oversized Denim Jacket –
One of my favorite pieces when I travel is a denim shacket. I’ve been wearing two from H&M for a few years. It’s a great layering piece and feels like a classic item. Denim on denim is also very trendy this fall. These are a few in stock that I love. More of a shacket style. Classic jacket oversized. Another shacket style.
7. Loafers –
Another item I wore in Vegas. These were great for my work events and a classic simple style. The cream with gold hardware is my favorite! They don’t have much support, but you could easily add an insert.
8. Beaded Necklace –
Of all my favorite finds this one surprised me the most, because it isn’t my usual style. However, I have been loving the beaded necklace trend. Not beads like the Taylor Swift friendship bracelets, but beads that are beautiful stones and gems. Here are a few that I am loving. This green one. Blue or neutral colors. Comes in a set with three separate necklaces.
9. Fuzzy Birkenstocks –
I love my Birkenstocks and these are no exception! The perfect fall and winter sandal. They are very comfortable and cozy on your feet. I would size up one from your normal Birkenstock size.
10. Trader Joe’s Licorice –
I probably ate 7 of these bags this summer and can’t get enough of them. I’m not sure if the green apple, mango and raspberry pack was a seasonal favor, but I will now buy any flavor they come up with.
