My Top 10 Favorite Finds for November & December! I figured I would do both months in one post since I completely forgot to do November. I hope you enjoyed the holiday season or like me made the most of a harder season. Luckily, I was able to celebrate Christmas with my mom and for the time in my life see snow on Christmas day! It was pretty magical for this California girl to say the least.
Now for my favorite finds, here are twenty items that I used a lot or found during the last two months.
1. Lululemon Long sleeve top –
This is the cropped long sleeve I am wearing in the photo and I’m obsessed! The tank verison has been my favorite for a few years, so I had to try the long sleeve. I’m wearing a 6 and can’t wait to pair it with jeans for a different look.
2. Lawless Lip Plumper Lip Gloss –
Simple colors, a clean beauty brand and it makes your lips look fuller and glossy smooth; all of this makes this gloss a new favorite of mine.
3. The Weekday Vegetarians Cookbook –
First and foremost, you do not need to be a vegetarian to appreciate this cookbook. I love meat and have no problems eating it, but I was attracted to this cookbook for its unique recipes. So far, I’ve tried the Mushroom Leek Galette and Artichoke Quiche, both very good.
4. Milk Frother –
This is my most used favorite find. The perfect way to make your morning cup of coffee feel a little luxe and make a homemade puppuccino.
5. World Wildlife Fund animal adoption donation –
One of my favorite gifts to give is a symbolic animal adoption through a donation to the WWF. It comes with a real-life photo of that animal, a species information card, an adoption certificate, and a plush stuffed animal. There are a lot of animals to choose from, however, I love that they group the animals based on how endangered they are so you can choose an animal that is critically endangered or vulnerable to really give back to the ones that need it most. This was my dad’s Christmas present in 2019 and in honor of his birthday, I gifted an elephant to friends’ kiddos.
6. Murdaugh Murders Podcast –
Whoa, this podcast has blown my mind. The amount of twists and connections between people and a number of different deaths is crazy. Extremely interesting and had me needing to know how these stories turn out.
7. Belt bag –
I am in love with these belt bags. I wear mine as a tighter crossbody instead of a fanny pack and it makes running errands or going on a walk so much easier.
8. Fur Lined Timberland boots –
Cute and comfortable. Warm and waterproof. These boots are perfect for the snowy and rainy days I now have living in Idaho.
9. fenty Beauty Cream Blush –
This bright, hot pink color is so pretty on! I promise it’s not as bright as it looks. I also love cream blush and love that it doesn’t have any glitter or shimmer.
10. Zara Cropped Sweater –
Short girls this sweater is for you! I sized up to medium because it runs a little small. It’ll be perfect for spring days because it has small holes in it for an eyelet type of look. It’s also a favorite find that is on sale!
11. Sorel Sneakers –
I have had my eye on these for over a year and they are currently 25% so I finally got them. They are lightweight and comfortable. Don’t forget to size down a half size.
12. Pleated Collared Cropped top –
Another on-sale favorite find! This top is a fun twist on a classic white collared blouse. It’ll be perfect with jeans.
13. 90s High Waisted Straight Leg Jeans –
Specifically, the curve love style. These jeans fit me so well. I wear a 26, regular length and love how comfortable these are.
14. Faux Cowhide Rug –
Hide rugs are usually, well over $100, so I was so happy to find thiso ne. It has 1,000s of great reviews and is under $100.
15. UGG Slippers –
These look so cozy and have become so trendy again. If you have small feet like me. Compare the two sizing charts and you can fit into kids’ sizes which are much cheaper. I’ve been eyeing these ones too.
16. Radiance face mask –
Reveal softer, smoother skin with this creamy rinse-off mask from a clean beauty brand. The mask has Japanese beautyberry, a superfruit rich in antioxidants that maximizes the effectiveness of vitamin C. It also has AHA which removes dirt and dead skin cells to improve skin texture. Highly recommend!
17. Laneige Lip Mask –
Get those kissers ready for Valentine’s Day! This lip mask is so good! It delivers intense moisture and antioxidants to help with fine lines, dryness and dullness. I love that it is thicker than most balms so I use it day and night. This is one of my favorite finds that I keep repurchasing.
18. Marc Fisher LTD Boots –
These boots make me feel like I conquer the world or maybe just the day, but either way I love them! They are fashionable, but also very functional for winter rain and snow.
19. 2022 Planner –
In case you are still looking for a good planner, this one has so many great features: a calendar view, two different weekly/daily views, a water tracker, a spot for monthly budgeting and goals, a place to make your vision board and more.
20. Hamilton (the musical play) –
Okay, this might not be groundbreaking. You might have already seen this musical play or have heard how amazing it is, but I’m here to tell you again how amazing it is! If you get the opportunity to buy tickets, it is worth the $150 investment, give or take a little. The songs are mostly rapped which is a fun and different experience. The story is inspiring, funny, heartbreaking, and intriguing. Highly recommend for a unique experience and would also recommend listening to or reading the songs prior, but not necessary to follow the story.
