Hi, I hope you are having a good first quarter of the year! I can’t believe we are in April now; maybe because spring hasn’t really come yet. Per usual my favorite finds include a wide variety of items that I have been loving this month. I hope you enjoy!
1. Pearl Hair Ties –
The perfect addition to my top knot or slick back bun. I was very concerned that these might rip out my hair or it would get tangled in these pearls, but it doesn’t! They come in a pack of three and are a great way to dress up a casual look.
2. Gold Filled Jewelry –
I took advantage of a big sale this past month and have loved the pieces I bought. Due to them being on sale they aren’t in stock anymore, but linking a few other gold filled favorites I might snag. This pearl necklace, a paperclip necklace, small ribbed hoops and a twisted layering chain. I love gold filled jewelry because I don’t have to worry about it tarnishing and this company has a lifetime warranty!
3. Dr Dennis Gross Daily Peel Skincare –
I’ve been using these for years, but recently have been using them regularly and I am reminded how much I love them. Snag them during the Sephora sale this week! My skin always feels so much smoother after using them. The help with fine lines, texture, pores, complexion and more. You can even cut them in half to get two uses out of them. You just have to make sure you use the other half within a few days and store it so it doesn’t dry out.
4. Cowgirl Boot Vase –
The cutest little vase I ever did see! Definitely one of my favorite finds this month.
5. Birdie Personal Alarm –
Hopefully I never need this, but it gives me extra comfort on a walk or hike or even when I’m walking to my car at night especially.
6. High Neck Workout Tank –
The high neck, front seams, and true waist length crop all make this top very flattering! I also love how soft the material is and the cute colors it comes in, as well as neutrals. I sized up to a medium in this for more room around my ribcage, but could have done a small too.
7. Dolce Vita Low Heeled Sandal –
Shown in the above photo! These dark red, brick like, sandals are super cute and on sale! The heel is about 2 inches so they are also comfortable and easy to wear for any occasion.
8. Nuuds Bodysuit –
Although I do not love this bodysuit snapped, I do love it just tucked in! I have both the long sleeve square neck and scoop neck in a size small. They stay super well tucked into jeans and are very comfortable. The fabric is thick enough to not be see through and of a smoothing quality material. I wear both of my bodysuits all of the time which makes them a definite top pick for my favorite finds this month.
9. Guided Journal –
I have been trying to journal more this month and really like this one by Case Kenny. Each day has a motivational or thought provoking introduction to read and then a few questions to answer. Somedays I’ll elaborate more in the margins to get out some more thoughts and feelings. He has a great inspirational, self help type podcast, New Mindset Who Dis, and an instagram too.
10. Greek Style Lemon Chicken Soup Recipe –
This recipe was super easy and delicious. I would add more broth or less orzo than recommended to make it not as thick.
